A LITTLE BACKGROUND

My mantra is, “When you buy what you love, your choices will bring you endless joy.” This philosophy guides me in finding and creating some of the most unique antique and vintage finds in the region. I bring fine hand-selected pieces into Glorious Possibilities, the beloved family-run antique shop in Nashua, New Hampshire. Through my extended research and experience, I’ve either helped well-preserved pieces find new homes, or given renewed life to those that just needed a loving touch.

My family, friends, love of nature, and support of the arts in my community all bring me great joy. I’ve lived in Nashua for over 30 years, and have a true appreciation for the vibrant, thriving Downtown of this special city.  (Nashua was recently honored with The Governor’s Choice for Most Creative Community in New Hampshire!) The charming shop where you’ll discover Elaine’s Unique Finds, is a shining example of the creativity and vibrancy within our community. I hope to meet you soon and help you find the very thing you’ve been looking for!

WHAT I DO

I bring timeless treasures to you through careful curation. With an educated eye and a natural instinct, I’m able to discover beautiful furnishings from well-run and reputable estate sales that I select from throughout the region. Fortunately, I’m an early riser! As these quests have me on the road long before sunrise to hand-pick quality, distinctive, and unique items. Not only do I research these items, but I also bring a more contemporary look to some of my unique finds with new upholstery and fresh paint using premium and exclusive Annie Sloan chalk paints.

Elaine’s Unique Finds is a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. Come see me for treasures you can enjoy now and for generations to come. I really love what I do and I can’t wait to meet you!

WHERE TO FIND ME

Elaine’s Unique Finds can be found inside the beautiful Victorian estate where the store Glorious Possibilities is located at 257 Main Street in Nashua, NH. Antique, vintage and new treasures abound in this phenomenal shop which is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am-5pm, and Sunday, 11am-4pm.

Conveniently located in downtown Nashua, the building is across from Southern NH Medical Center. The Victorian house was originally built in 1886 and became the former Chandler Library in 1959, after it was bequeathed to the city by Mabel Chandler. The building sat dormant for years, after the library closed their location there in 2006. Five years ago, Glorious Possibilities gave it renewed life, much like the Unique Finds you’ll see when you visit us here.
